# HiAPI Media Generation

Use this skill when a user asks to generate or edit images, create videos from text or images, synthesize music or speech, or call supported text models through HiAPI.

## Setup

1. Create an API key in the HiAPI dashboard.
2. Store it in the environment as HIAPI_API_KEY.
3. Read the current model documentation at https://www.hiapi.ai/en/docs before building the request.

## Workflow

1. Choose the model and task that match the requested output.
2. Validate required parameters and supported media inputs.
3. Send an authenticated request to the documented HiAPI endpoint.
4. For asynchronous jobs, poll the task endpoint or use the documented callback flow.
5. Return the final artifact URL and relevant task metadata.

## Rules

- Never expose the API key in output or logs.
- Use only parameters documented for the selected model.
- Preserve user-provided prompts and references unless a transformation is requested.
- Report upstream errors accurately and do not claim completion before a successful task result.
