# Prism Provider for OpenClaw

Use [Prism](https://prisminference.com) models in OpenClaw through Prism's
OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions API.

## Install

```bash
openclaw plugins install clawhub:openclaw-plugin-prism
openclaw models auth login --provider prism --set-default
```

The login flow prompts for `PRISM_API_KEY` and stores it through OpenClaw's
native credential system. Create a key in the
[Prism dashboard](https://prisminference.com/app/settings/api-keys).

## Models

| Model | Input | Context | Maximum output |
| --- | --- | ---: | ---: |
| `prism/deepseek-v4.1-flash` | Text and image | 1,000,000 | 384,000 |
| `prism/deepseek-v4-flash` | Text | 1,000,000 | 384,000 |

List or change Prism models:

```bash
openclaw models list --provider prism
openclaw models set prism/deepseek-v4.1-flash
```

## Develop

```bash
npm install
npm run build
npm test
npm run validate
```

`npm run validate` builds the plugin and runs `clawhub package validate`.

## Publish

The first manual publish establishes the ClawHub package:

```bash
npm exec clawhub -- login
npm run validate
npm exec clawhub -- package publish . --dry-run
npm exec clawhub -- package publish .
```

After the first publish, configure the included GitHub Actions workflow as the
trusted publisher:

```bash
npm exec clawhub -- package trusted-publisher set openclaw-plugin-prism \
  --repository prismhq/openclaw-prism-provider \
  --workflow-filename clawhub-publish.yml
```
