Strict per-agent Graphiti memory plugin for OpenClaw.

## Isolation invariant

Every Graphiti operation is scoped from the OpenClaw runtime `agentId`. The plugin never accepts or derives a Graphiti `group_id` from model-controlled input, session keys, prompts, or a configured default. Missing or unknown agent IDs fail closed.

The intended deployment uses one FalkorDB server with one Falkor graph per OpenClaw agent (`main`, `igor`, and future agents), reached through the local Graphiti MCP server.
