# OpenClaw Configuration

Version-controlled snapshot of Shaun's OpenClaw installation — the **reproducible
setup** without any secrets.

## Layout

| `openclaw.json` | Sanitized main config. Discord bot tokens and gateway auth token replaced with `<REDACTED_*>` placeholders. |
| `completions/` | Shell completion scripts (bash, fish, PowerShell, zsh). |
| `extensions/` | Plugin extension configs (only the `.plugin.json` / `package.json` / `tsconfig.json` / `.md` files — not `node_modules/`, `dist/`, or credentials). |
| `skills/` | Skill catalog — `SKILL.md` only per skill. |
| `plugin-skills/` | OpenClaw plugin skill catalog. |
| `workspaces/` | Seven agent workspaces. Each contains 8 operating files: `agents.md`, `soul.md`, `identity.md`, `heartbeat.md`, `dreams.md`, `memory.md`, `tools.md`, `user.md`. |

## Deliberately excluded (see `.gitignore`)

- **Runtime state:** `state/`, `cache/`, `logs/`, `tmp/`, `tui/`, `media/`, `nodes/`, `devices/`, `discord/`
- **Agent session stores:** `agents/<name>/agent/`
- **Workspace daily memory:** `workspace-*/memory/` (session-specific, not part of reproducible setup)
- **Secrets:** `credentials/`, `.env`, `*.pem`, `*.key`, `config-journal-fingerprint.key`
- **Discord bot tokens & gateway auth token** — redacted in `openclaw.json`
- **WhatsApp credentials** (pre-keys, identity keys) under `extensions/*/credentials/`
- **Extension dependencies:** `extensions/*/node_modules/`, `extensions/*/dist/`
- **Backup / clobbered / migrated intermediate files:** `*.backup*`, `*.bak*`, `*.clobbered.*`, `*.migrated*`, etc.

## Reproducing the setup

1. Install OpenClaw at a compatible version.
2. Place `openclaw.json` at `~/.openclaw/openclaw.json`.
3. Restore `workspaces/`, `completions/`, `extensions/`, `skills/`, `plugin-skills/` to their corresponding paths under `~/.openclaw/`.
4. Provision secrets via the OpenClaw `secrets` store (7 Discord bot tokens, gateway auth token, provider API keys).
5. Restart the gateway.

## Notes

- Snapshot of the live OpenClaw config on `asus` (Windows).
- Discord-side state (categories, channels, routing) lives on Discord's servers and is documented separately in the Obsidian vault under `Library/System/Agents/Channel Routing.md` — it is **not** part of this repo.
